1. Accommodation is available on a monthly basis.
2. Accommodation is accessible to international and domestic students and scholars. A valid enrollment certificate, an invitation letter from your university, or a registration letter from a language center are required when you check into the House.
3. The first month's room rent should be paid upon your arrival. The billing will be calculated from the check-in date and the rent for your continuous stay should be paid before the due date.
4. Should you need to change the room rate from a monthly basis to a daily one due to an early move-out, please inform us immediately, and the rate will be adjusted.
5. We will not give you a refund for the rent paid if you move out before the intended date of your stay.

Booking Process
Please prepare the following
documents when you check in
1. Check-in time: between 13:00 and 20:00.
2. Passport.
3. School admission notice (a valid enrollment certificate or letter), student I.D. card, or visiting invitation letter.
4. With a 2-inch photo, we will make a membership card for you.
5. Prepare a membership fee of NTD 100 (one year).
6. Before moving into the dormitory, please fill in your personal information(Download), send it to us, and attach an accommodation registration form.
Useful Information
about your stay at the I-HOUSE :
1. We provide bedding for the student room (no TV, no refrigerator), but you must prepare toiletries, towels, washcloths, etc., and an NTD 100 membership fee for one year. (Prepare one photo). If you want to rent a refrigerator, NTD 400 per month. The rental price includes water, electricity, free Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning.
2. During weekdays, our vans run at 7:10 a.m., 8:20 a.m., and 9:30 a.m. The bus fare is NTD 20 per ride. After school, you shall come back on your own. Please take the MRT, get off at Qizhang Station exit 1, turn left cross street, walk near Bei Xian Elementary School, and wait for the Danan City Bus Green 9 bus back to I-House. Please register the day before the ride. (TO NCCU only at 9:30 bus time)
3. There is a supermarket behind the I-House within walking distance of only 5 minutes; it opens from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
4. A public kitchen and an exercise room in the basement are open to all students.
5. A laundry room on the top 5th floor is open from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. The basement laundry room is available 24 hours. NTD 20 is for washing, and NTD 10 is for drying.
6. A lounge for socializing and watching TV, a small library for general reading in the basement.
7. Visiting hours from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in our Lobby. Visitors are not allowed to go upstairs without permission.
8. You can download the Foodpanda App, Uber Eat App to order your food. When the food is delivered to the lobby on the first floor, you can go to the first floor to pick up your food. 9. Before checking out, clean up the room to the existing state of affairs ante, remove your foodstuffs stored in the public fridge, and then inform the counter to complete the check-out process.
10. If you need to extend your stay, please provide the school’s extended study certificate or receipt and ask the counter if the room has been booked
Cleaning and bedding information
1. Rooms are cleaned daily, bath towels are changed daily and bed linen, duvet covers and pillowcases are changed every 7-10 days.
2. Student rooms are cleaned every 7-10 days. Please dispose of all rubbish in the dormitories in the bins located on each floor.
3. The bedding can be cleaned by yourself. Pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets can be changed at the desk for a fee of NT$70
4. If you do not wish to clean your room, please hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign outside the door to prevent the cleaning staff from coming to clean your room.
